About Canopy
A focused partner for a select group of properties.
Canopy Compliance is an Oklahoma-based compliance management firm for cultivation facilities. We work with a limited number of properties that we select, so each one receives close, consistent attention.
Two phases of service
Initial approvals come first: Certificate of Occupancy, licensing coordination, and required documents. Ongoing compliance follows: renewals, records, facility reviews, and follow-up until approved work is verified.
The license holder stays in control
Ownership keeps final authority and approves key decisions. The facility team runs daily operations. Canopy organizes the work, prepares recommendations, escalates what is urgent, and confirms completion.
Regular, documented updates
Deadlines and open issues are reviewed every week, ownership receives a monthly update, and audits and deeper reviews follow an agreed calendar, with supporting records for every item.
